Job Description : Job Profile – Office AdministratorPerforming common office administrative tasks.Taking Dictation and Preparing Letters/Documents Maintaining Files & Documents Reading, Monitoring & Responding to Emails Reminding on the pending work and ensuring its completion.Letter drafting, appointment/meeting fixation, other administrative arrangements.General office administrative duties includes attending to walk-ins, assisting to answer phone calls, courier arrangement and mailing, sorting and distribution of incoming calls and faxes, procurement and management of stationery and pantry supplies, maintenance of office equipment, telephone system and cleanliness of the office.Tele-calling & follow-up with potential clients.Appointment with clients & meeting for business proposals.Regular feedback and review with Manager for business growth.Develop sales & marketing plan & execute it with resources available.Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each service being offered.Answers questions from clients about service benefits.Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.Job Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per monthSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Total Work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
