Job Description : Description: The Office Document Specialist ensures our organization’s records are sequenced, filed, and correctly captured in our electronic databases. Scan hard copies of documents such as invoices, contracts, and personnel/payroll information and save these files in various databases. Other office duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

Duties/Responsibilities:

Organizing and scanning documentation from various departments.
Filing documentation in appropriate files physically and electronically
Other duties and special projects as needed

. Requirements: Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Ability to work independently.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
DocRecord experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

Sit and/or stand alternately for long periods of time at a computer or office machines
Use of hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Repeat the same movements.
Able to lift up to 15 pounds

Job Type: Part-time
