Job Description : MUIR Energy is a fast growing start-up based in San Diego, CA. We make all-natural energy gels for endurance athletes and active people all over the world. The concept of MUIR was conceived in the High Sierra on a backpacking trip, and the love of nature is a prevalent force in every MUIR Energy employee. We are a small group of highly driven, nature loving people who are stoked to find the right talent to join the MUIR team.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Manage all communication with our customers (phone, emails)

Shipping

Manage all shipping (order fulfillment)

Office Management

Keep office clean, tidy and organized
Reporting
Inventory (products, shipping and office supplies)
Notify direct report when items need to be ordered

Performance Review

Twice per year – in July and in January. Raises will be based on results.

Skill Requirements:

The right person for this position will:

Have at least 3 years experience working in an office setting
Have reliable transportation to/from work
Have strong written and verbal skills – clear, concise, articulate
Have a warm and friendly demeanor, with a positive attitude
Be proficient with technology – Windows, MS Office, Google Drive, Shopify, Slack, Asana, UPS, USPS
Be detailed and focused oriented
Be a go-getter with a solid work ethic – keeps purposefully busy, efficient with time
Work well in team setting and alone
Be comfortable working in a rapidly growing company
