Job Description : Are you an administrative professional looking for an exciting and challenging career? Our QESC site in Houston TX is looking for an Office Manager. As the Office Manager, you will work to support HR, Accounting, Purchasing and other areas of our day to day operations.***JOB SUMMARY: *Under the direction of the Site Manager, the Office Manager supports the Company’s HR, Accounting, Purchasing, & general office functions.***ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *· Maintain confidentiality on all sensitive information and documents

Greet visitors, answer phones, and route appropriately and professionally
Compose routine memos and letters as directed.
Monitor time cards and calculated overtime for non exempt hourly employees
Maintain and process changes related to employment records such as promotions, wage adjustments, garnishments, time off, and benefits
Assist with the preparation and administration of performance reviews
Assist with recruiting activities
Meet with new employees and process new hire paperwork
Meet with employees regarding routine questions related to benefits, leave, and policies. Escalate questions to Human Resources Manager when appropriate.
Maintain safety logs including injury, OSHA, & good catch
Prepare a variety of reports on an as needed and routine basis using the payroll and ERP systems
Provide clerical support to the accounting function, including accounts payable entry, order entry, and/or purchase order entry
Monitory and order supplies in accordance with established procedures
Arrange travel and hotel accommodations as needed
Other duties as assigned.

***PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: *___Education: _ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fieldExperience: Minimum of 2 years of general office experience, including accounting or human resources responsibilities***KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: ** *Demonstrate the company values of honesty, caring, improving, and success.*

Bilingual in English & Spanish (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work with limited direction and guidance.
Strong attention to detail.
Very well organized.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
