The Role
Do you love supporting offices and all the employees both in the San Antonio office but also our remote employees and remote office? Is employee engagement exciting to you?
If any of this sounds intriguing to you, then Searchspring wants you as their Office Manager.
Reporting to the VP of Finance you will be responsible to help keep Searchspring a place where current employees love to work and candidates want to join.
What does that look like in the day to day?

Keep the offices supplied and happy with whatever tools, treats, etc that they need
Coordinate with hiring managers to help hire great people, ensuring candidates have excellent outcomes and facilitating a consistent hiring experience
Build, maintain and deliver a best-in-class new employee on-boarding experience
Be an advocate for and design programs in support of the Searchspring values and culture as described on public facing websites
Build and foster a Searchspring community where everyone feels comfortable and cross-departmental teamwork is organic
Help facilitate an environment that enables teams to break down silos among members in the office as well as remote
Coordinate employee engagement across all internal trainings as well as company and office events
Not day-to-day Human Resources (no payroll, no benefits administration, no other basic HR tasks)

Salary Range
Base salary ranges from $55,000 – $75,000. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
