Primary Responsibilities

Manage Receptionist/Dispatcher; and other Office Admin Positions
Manage and perform Accounts Receivable duties
Monitor compliance and risk management
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks® Online
Create financial reports and perform analysis of Key Measurements
Monitor and maintain inventory, fixed assets, and business resume
Provide HR administrative support
Complete and document HR compliance
Manage technology setup, protection, and tracking

Position Requirements

2+ year(s) of Office Management experience
2+ year(s) of experience with QuickBooks Pro® and Quickbooks Online (most recent versions)
Associate degree in accounting preferred or strong professional background of 1+ years bookkeeping experience
2+ years of experience with collection activities
Xactimate experience a plus
Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
Demonstrated history of ability and growth in managing an office environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation, grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks® Online
Ability to learn new software and proprietary software
Experience in customer service industry environment a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
