Job Description : At Texan Windows, we owe our success to the efficiency of our organizational processes. To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking an experienced office manager to oversee daily activities. As an ideal candidate, you’ll have a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple departments toward maximum productivity. As an ideal candidate, you’ll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team. Your ultimate responsibility is to increase our administrative efficiencies. Texan Windows has been in the Central Texas region for 9 years and we are now opening our DFW location. Interviews will be done remotely or will be scheduled for in-person interviews. The address in this listing is for our sister company, please do not apply in person at the address in this listing. Our new distribution facility will also be near to the Haltom City/Arlington area. Since this will be a roll in a new location, you must be able to help grow this location and must be a self starter. Must have leadership experience.
Other duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems.
Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
