Apply today!About the RoleAt the heart of it all, you will enthusiastically lead and manage the overall operations of the therapy practice and support our mission. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations through directing and developing a high-performing practice team and cultivating positive relationships with our patients, providers, and employees. As a Manager, you will exemplify superior levels of patient service and employee satisfaction while striving continuously to improve results.Some day-to-day tasks involved with this role:
Inspiring enthusiasm during daily huddles and bi-monthly meetings,
QuickBooks, Daily KPI’s
Overseeing practice business operations, including key performance measures, practice revenue, and expenses, with a monthly and quarterly outlook
Conducting employee evaluations
Ensuring the team is in compliance with all training, licensing, and certifications requirements
Communicating inter-departmentally to meet practice needs
Conducting meetings and presentations

QualificationsIn order to be considered for this role, you MUST meet the following criteria:
Fluency in English (required)
3+ years of recent management experience (within the last 5 years) to include office management, practice management, sales or operations management, P & L management, or the like (required)
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) but will consider candidates with 8 years of commensurate work experience
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required (we are much more interested in top-notch management and leadership skills)
Customer service experience in retail, service or a healthcare setting is a plus
Computer literacy; proficient in basic applications including QuickBooks and the MS suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Familiarity with and ability to meet OSHA, CDC, ADA, and HIPAA standards
