To handle customer Emails and calls related to the mails being handled.
Live chats marked to L1 IDs.
Customer Focus – Always ready to go extra miles to delight customers.
Taking end-to-end Ownership of Customer Issues. Making outcalls to ensure faster resolution of the issues.
Quality and Improvement orientation. Identify process improvements and gaps. Identify possible early warnings.
Result Oriented & Time Management – Ensure completion of cases within timeline with standard quality.
E-mail drafting skills.
Flexible in shift timings
Co-ordination with across functions to resolve escalation on high priority.
Abiding companies policies and regulatory policies.
