Job Description : Responsible to build a good working relation with cross functional & inter departmental teams.
Ensure effective work processes & procedures are in place and being followed.
Identify, assess and recommend actions to mitigate unsafe conditions, behaviors and violations.
Investigate and report all near misses, accidents, incidents & unsafe acts occurred at the site. Conduct thorough investigation jointly with concerned teams to prevent recurrence & recommend CAPA. Tracking of CAPA actions for compliance.
Maintain awareness on HSE requirements and implementation of the same as per the group policies, rules & regulations.
Ensure the effective implementation of HSE Orientation program to all new joiners and contract agencies.
Conduct safety committee meetings, update MOM and follow up.
Procuring and providing suitable personal protective equipment to the employees.
Conducting the refresher training sessions to ERT members and ensuring the proper maintenance of emergency equipment.
Ensure adherence to work permit system, PPE usage, LOTO.
Ensuring the up keeping of all firefighting equipment and fire detection system by coordinating with concerned persons.
Scheduling and conducting the Mock-drills as per the plan.
HSE review of the new projects.
Coordinating with all departments for review of Risk Assessments.
Scheduling and conducting the HSE promotional activities, Lifesaving rules campaign to enhance the Behavioral Safety.
Adhering to general guidelines required for cGMP.
Conduct gap analysis of Global HSE Standards, SOP Update and actions tracking.
Coordinate and conduct specialized risk assessments such as Asphyxiation, Fire, PPE and tracking of actions.
Identify, Assess and track actions related to HSE and Key HSE Elements.
Conduct periodic Work Permit audits and LOTO audits.
Conduct & Participate in Contractor Tool Box Talks in a periodic manner and enhance contractor safety.
