Position : Onboarding Coach

Job Description : Provide detailed plant tours to any potential candidate.
In partnership with Talent Acquisition, ensure that budgeted headcount is maintained by updating and communicating plant needs to Talent Acquisition.
Make recommendations to the workplace, processes, etc. that will help cultivate a highly productive, collaborative, and safe environment.
Assess and make assignment recommendations of all new hires to appropriate positions within the manufacturing facility.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to all new hires and be an advocate for all employees.
Be a resource to all team members regarding career path and succession within the organization.
Constantly engaging with all new hire for at least their first week to solicit feedback and improve communication between them and leadership.
Re-assign new employees as needed to ensure we put our Aces in their places.
Work with plant leadership to maintain headcount needs and make the workplace more enjoyable and appealing to our current workforce.
Provide constant progress reports and feedback to plant leadership and talent acquisition on new hires.
Enforce safety and policies across the plant.
Assist in and facilitate training as needed, to include new hire orientation.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of quality training in a production focused environment.
Safety Certifications and/or experience strongly preferred.
Forklift Certification a plus.
Human Resource experience a plus.
The Onboarding Coach, in partnership with Talent Acquisitions, Operations, and Human Resources, is responsible for ensuring that all new team members make a smooth transition from orientation to their new positions. The Onboarding Coach will play a vital role in teaching, providing feedback to both the new employee and their supervisor, and help follow up on training plans to ensure proper execution of the on-the-job training plan. The Onboarding Coach will play a vital role in identifying succession of our team members.
