Position : Online Enrollment

Job Description : The representative will perform core processes including assisting with entering loans online, reviewing/research on all online accounts, along with responding to client’s inquiries in an effort to effectively serve the CTL client.
Primary Responsibilities

Linking and Delinking Accounts Online
Self and Manual Enrollment
Web Enablement
Resetting Online Passwords
Diagnose varies issues by researching and troubleshooting
Assist with contacting client when needed for online concerns
Online Digital Support
Completing File Maintenance for Online Clients
Work on varies systems (Admin Tool, CREOS, Strategy)
Provide positive and professional service with emphasis on one inquiry resolution where possible
Perform additional duties as requested by Manager or Lead Specialist

Requirements

2 to 3 years of mortgage experience
Knowledge of basic loan documentation(Deed of Trust, Security/Mortgage Agreement)
Excellent customer service skills with clear and positive email and telephone manner
Must have strong written and accurate keyboarding skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly acclimate to proprietary systems
Good time management skills
Self-driven, eager to learn
High School Diploma or equivalent required (some college preferred)
Must be able to work an 8:00am – 5:00pm
