Position : Operations Clerk III
Job Description : As an Operations Clerk III with Frost, you will be responsible for investigating internal and external customer inquiries’ regarding account totals and unposted items and adjusts accounts as required. Responsibilities will include reviewing and investigating exceptions assigned in a timely manner; determining the source and resolution of problems through examination of various documents and records; making necessary entries, through data entry to a department system, to clear exceptions; notifying customer of findings and actions taken; recommending improvements in procedures to prevent or minimize future problems; balancing General Ledger accounts daily for department and audit purposes; and assisting department managers with special projects. The candidate will serve as a mentor to less experienced clerks and provides leadership in the absence of a supervisor.
Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Flexible work schedule
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred:
Item processing experience
