Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Troubleshooting of non-working devices.
2) Testing of New Devices.
3) Repairing old devices.
4) To upload inventory details in Assets Management.
5) Reconciliation of all inventories with CSM/Clients.
6) Identify and meet customer (internal & external) needs.
7) Identify and analyse problems; use sound reasoning and consider all key aspects of problem to arrive at solutions; find alternative solutions to complex problems.
8) Set well-defined and realistic courses of action to accomplish tasks or objectives; monitor own progress in order to achieve goals.
9) Update/Delete SIM/GPS details in FarEye Portal weekly.
10) Know the details of the job and apply necessary technical knowledge and skills.
11) Should have knowledge of Advanced Excel including Vlookup,Pivot Table
