Serving in your frame
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
Responding to calls, take messages and routing correspondence for clients and customers
Maintains database by entering, updating and retrieving data in the operations software
Following up with vendors for import material and maintaining daily status for shipments
Processing vendor payments and employee reimbursements/incentives
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Petty cash management
Qualifications and Experience
Female graduate with 1-3 Yrs of experience into operations profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have proficiency in MS Excel with sharp management skills
