To maximize revenue by converting enquiries, recognising business prospects and opportunities to upsell venue services.

Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision. Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.

Briefing the prospective client about our services.

To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet and ‘in person’ enquiries.

They would also streamline business operations, negotiate deadlines, and discuss technical aspects of the work.

Desired skills and experience
Excellent Communication.

Graduation any stream.

Exp: 2+ years.

Knowledge of French/German/ Chinese/Japanese would be an addition.

Knowledge of MS-Office.
