SUMMARY:
For our Operations/HR Assistant position, we seek an energetic, team-oriented professional. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader, works well in a people-intensive business, and is able to take on multiple roles and responsibilities across functions. The candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, and is committed to excellence and results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide general administrative support to Management and the Human Resources department
Administer new hire paperwork
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Assist in preparing correspondence to employees
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Assist with vendor communications
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
BA/BS degree highly preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and diplomacy
A polished and positive demeanor to interact and represent the company with internal professionals and external clients
A record of achievement, excellence, and proactive results should be demonstrated by the candidate in their previous career role
