Job Description : Operations Management Assistant
The Operations Management Assistant will be responsible for:
Processing logistic requirements as well as assuring data entry on system, and addressing deviations on incoming materials
Answering phone calls, fixing appointments for shipments coming into the plant
Compiling, maintaining, and updating company records
Maintain control of all Receiving’s raw material input records
Keep under control the inventory of consumables required in the operation
Capture Plant and External Warehouse entries
Prepare documentation for transfers between external warehouses, physical as well as in the system
Capture of samples in system to maintain control
Answering suppliers and customer questions, providing information when required
Skills Needed
Ability to work independently with MS Office (Excel, Word).
Organized
Driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
