Position Vision:

The Operations Manager is a high-performing team member who shares in the vision/goals of the company and works to carry those visions forward on a tactical and tangible level. This individual is an essential bridge between the functions of the business and leads the team towards a common goal.
This individual is a detail-oriented and highly organized leader who puts the company above himself/herself while leading, managing, and holding the operations team accountable. The Operations Manager holds a focus on communicating effectively with the team and sub-departments while providing a bridge between the leadership team and the core fulfillment systems that serve the company’s clients.

What are your Top Responsibilities?:

Ensure all driver issues are resolved daily
Lead, manage and recruit the driver teams
Creating and implementing processes to reduce and resolve driver issues proactively
Oversee preventative maintenance, maintenance, and vendor management of maintenance vendors
Enter all loads into the system and ensure loads are correct for payroll

What are the compensation and benefits? :

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 + bonus
Hybrid work environment with remote options
Flexible schedule
PTO

Where is the location and what are the work hours?:

This position is in-person; Houston, TX
40 Hrs/Week
