Job Description : TL;DR: Fast-growing mental health tech startup seeking an analytical generalist with 1-4 years of prior experience in an operations role at an early-stage venture-backed startup. Location: Remote or In-Person (in-person in Los Angeles or San Diego preferred)

We’re looking for an analytical operations generalist to help reinvent therapy.In this role, you’ll serve as the point-person for managing customer and team-facing operations, including clinical operations, payer contracting, human resources, and more. No day will be the same, as everyday you’ll be tasked with quickly and creatively solving a new problem, and then building a repeatable and scalable system that addresses the issue in perpetuity. Work side-by-side with the Chief Clinical Officer and Director of Operations.
Serve as the point-person for managing back-office and team-facing operations.
Design and implement repeatable and scalable systems that work without you having to be there.

Be the most detail-oriented and hands-on person at the company.

Qualifications: Ideally, you have the right…Experience:

Have 1-4 years of prior experience in an operations role at an early-stage venture-backed startup
(Optional) Previously worked in the healthcare industry, most ideally (but not necessarily) at a tele-health company.
