About the Role:
Designation: Operations Support Associate – C2FO Capital Finance
Experience: 6 months – 2 years
Location: Noida or Mumbai
The Operations Support Associate role is part of the US based Capital Finance team. The position is responsible for the back-office bank reconciliations for US Capital Finance customers along with the review and data validation of accounts receivable invoices. This entry level role will work alongside C2FO associates in India and will report into the US based Capital Finance team. If you are task oriented and enjoy reconciling accounts, this is the role for you.
This role will review and reconcile client account data from multiple sources daily, ensuring
client accounts are accurate, balanced, and reflect all transactions to the performance of the
business operations. To do so, vast amounts of data and information must be reviewed and
reconciled with the team and department’s cooperation.
Essential Duties:
Reviewing multiple sources (bank accounts, emails, client portals, etc.) to collect cash
receipt information.
Timely and accurate entry of invoice verification data in Microsoft excel template.
Documenting and communicating areas of risk, concerns, investigations, suggestions
to US operations team in a timely manner.
Converting PDF files to Microsoft Excel to manipulate and organize data.
Gathering and compiling invoice verification materials through email or portals.
Organizing daily files and records and ensuring supporting documentation is correctly
Verifying invoice back up documents (purchase orders/contracts, shipping/delivery
documents, and invoice copies).
Ability to handle reconciliation of considerable transaction volume while ensuring for
Document processes and update proactively as processes change.
Other duties as assigned.
Shift/Working Hours:
The first 90 days (3 months) of employment the role requires a 2pm – 10pm India
Standard Time working hours.
After the first 90 days of employment, the role requires working hours of 2pm-10pm
for two (2) business days each week. These two days are likely to be Tuesdays and
Thursdays and will be reviewed and agreed upon after the first 90 days. For the other three (3) business days of the week, working hours can be adjusted to an earlier shift time. The requirement is that the employee is working eight (8) hours each business day.
Preferred Qualification, Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Strong verbal and written communication in English.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Ability to be independent and use investigative skills to problem solve.
Comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities and working with minimal
Reconciling accounts, ledgers, and data from multiple systems a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products.
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree is a plus.
Have experience handling software to do daily routine work.
Experience in Salesforce is a plus.
