What will your average week look like?

You will conduct inspection of in-process or finished product.
You will Perform clean-up, painting and housekeeping duties.
Ability to learn to identify product defects.
Stages and maintains packaging materials and follows correct packaging/banding procedures.
You will use environmental regulations when using, dispensing, or handling
hazardous and non-hazardous materials and wastes.
Follow job safety practices, policies, and procedures for safe performance of assignments
Must wear appropriate safety glasses, hearing protection, clothing, and footwear in
appropriate areas and follow safety practices
Work a 12 hour rotating shift, it is expected to be 4 on / 4 off. Shifts will rotate from days to nights every 32 days.

What are we looking for?

High school Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year job related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of the following areas: hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, perform basic mathematical calculations, aptitude for mechanics, operate and use a computer
Decision Quality. Makes good decisions (without considering how much time it takes) based upon a
mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment; most of his/her solutions and suggestions
turn out to be correct and accurate when judged over time; sought out by others for advice and
solutions
Follow EHS procedures including maintaining compliance to certification requirements and use appropriate PPE for each assigned task; make recommendations to improve ergonomics, health and safety of work

Hiring Salary Range: $ 21.86
Other Compensation: This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
