Job Description : At iCoStore, we Make Branded Merchandise Simple for our customers. We are a fast-growing company that runs over 130 custom online company stores selling custom apparel and promotional products to our customers.
This job role is within our Order Processing Department.
The role involves working with our internal account managers to input their custom orders in Microsoft Dynamics then purchase from our vendors. The team’s performance is measured on the fulfillment and accuracy of on-time orders and customer service standards.This job is ideal for someone who is:

Dependable — more reliable than spontaneous
Adaptable/flexible — enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
Detail-oriented — would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
Autonomous/Independent — enjoys working with little direction
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Great skill with Excel spreadsheets
Excellent computer skills
Has worked with an ERP accounting system
Strong experience with e-commerce, inventory management, and fulfillment systems
Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail, math, and multi-tasking skills

Here are the main responsibilities for this role:

Working with our awesome Account Managers and Production Team through the lifecycle of an order.
Entering orders into Microsoft Dynamics (our ERP system), creating sales orders, cutting purchase orders.
Training and mentoring new staff.

Working with vendors on:

Art proofs, as required
Out of stock issues
Processing discrepancies or changes
Order tracking

This is an on-site job during training, then can be a hybrid (home/office) job. Full-Time job in Tempe AZ. Hours are flexible, between 7 am – 5 pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
