Job Description : About us
Ace Beautè is a company specializing in beauty products.
The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the daily fulfillment of online orders and operational relationship between Ace Beautè and our Retail Partners for order fulfillment and proactive customer communications.
Responsibilities

Review and Process Online Orders & Retail Purchase Orders
Arrange products in an orderly manner within the warehouse
Track and maintain inventory in the warehouse
Manage order handling, expediting, customer communications
Analyze customer orders and identify potential anomalies/questions
Partner with accounting on invoice discrepancies
Attend weekly brand operation meetings and provide input when customer orders may be impacted
Coordinate special customer requirements with warehouses and carriers 
Schedule Postal service pick up of packages
Follow up with retail partners to resolve all issues
Resolve disputes (freight claims, miss-ships, miss-picks)  
Clean and maintain the warehouse

Job Qualifications:

1+ years’ relevant experience; supply chain or allocation experience in wholesale a plus
Ability to creatively and proactively problem solve
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and data integrity.
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple requests & manage expectations.
Ability and willingness to drive a forklift is a plus
Ability to organize effectively

Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
No injuries or physical conditions that will prevent the above listed responsibilities from being carried out
