Job Description : Are you looking for a way to grow and expand your knowledge in logistic operations within the ever-growing tech industry? Satechi is just the place, we are an award-winning consumer electronics brand offering innovative tech products and accessories for Apple products.
We are looking for our next E-commerce customer service agent to help our shipping department who are motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team. You will play a key part in maintaining our customer expectations by answering customer inquiries promptly and professionally regarding order placement, shipping status, and return authorizations.
Responsibilities
Edit or cancel orders at customers’ request
Track and update inventory levels to prevent unfulfillable orders
Accurately enter manual orders and return authorizations
Prepare order records for fulfillment and coordinate with the warehouse team to prioritize shipments to meet customer expectations
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Experience in a customer-facing role
Experience in domestic and international small parcel shipping
Attention to detail
NetSuite ERP and Amazon Seller Central experience preferred
