Summary of Key Responsibilities: The Picker-Packer is responsible for daily preparation of picking finished product, preparing product for shipping, and stocking the warehouse with items to be used for future orders.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Coordinate day to day picking and shipping tasks for both large and small orders.
Prepare product for shipping and ensure that internal packaging controls are met.
Communicate with Sales, Production, and Shipping Teams to ensure accuracy and quality.
Stock warehouse with inventory of parts that will be used for future orders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Ability to be self-motivated, assertive, and responsive to Company metrics.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex internal procedures and processes.

· Manage transactional and large items with high volume product counts for combined shipments.
· Must be detail oriented.

Contribute to building a positive team spirit and put success of the team above own interests.
Ability to speak English fluently.
Reliable transportation to comply with company attendance policy.

Summary of Experience and Education

High school Diploma or GED.
Must be 18 or over.
Minimum 2 years of experience picking/packing experience in a warehouse environment.
Must be able to operate a forklift.
Must be able to lift 50 plus pounds manually without help.
Basic computer skills are required.

Compensation

Generous compensation and full benefit package.
First or Second shift available.
Job is full time on location at our main facility located in Mesa, Arizona.
