Job Description : The QUEST Outreach Coordinator (OC) is responsible for promoting Project QUEST services, creating community awareness, and engaging prospective candidates. This is accomplished through active management of a referral partnership network, targeted social media campaigns and producing community events. The Outreach Coordinator may align strategies based on population segments, geographic territory, referral partners or industry. The goal is to attract prospective candidates to QUEST Information Sessions (QIS) and facilitate their pathway to become applicants. The OC delivers QIS either in-person or virtually.

Project QUEST’s “wraparound services include life and skill assessment, academic remediation, career mapping and coaching, college and technical education, soft skill training and financial assistance. As a workforce intermediary, Project QUEST accomplishes these outcomes through collaboration with other workforce development partners.

Job Responsibilities:

Promote Project QUEST brand through campaigns, social media tactics and events.
Develop and execute strategies to promote community awareness and engagement.
Build and manage a broad and diverse referral partnership network. · Conduct effective QIS communication of Project QUEST services and enrollment processes.
Maintain accurate applicant portal records through timely updates and data management.
Support, as requested, Assessment Specialist, Career Coaches and Program Manager.
Engage and coordinate with candidates to ensure a quality experience.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in human resources, marketing, public administration, communications, social science or related field.
2 years – experience in staffing, public relations, customer/vendor relationship management, case management or workforce development.
Working knowledge of social media platforms, employment and training programs, federal, state and local regulations.
Able to occasionally work a flex schedule (potential weekends) to accommodate external outreach, training or employment events.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
