We are Master’s and Doctorate level clinicians trained and deployed in our client’s homes and worlds to help them best navigate the complexities of recovery, motivation, and change. Position Description: Outreach & Admissions Coordinator
Job Type: Part-time to start. Room for full-time asap for the right candidate.
Compensation: Base Salary $42k/yr plus Bonus & Recurring (est. $1k-15k plus/month, and more). Lower starting salary but the position has a huge upside driven by performance and appropriate fit that is deemed an appropriate fit by the clinical team. Will discuss compensation plan during interview process. Target quota (4 net clients per month – new clients are only 2.5 hours/wk) will earn you approx $110/yr at the end of the first year with great earning potential.
Responsibilities: The Outreach & Admissions Coordinator will have specific industry experience, impeccable references and a desire to help grow a small company into a national one. Must have an in-depth understanding of the Company’s view, mission and unique approach. The candidate will be the face of the company for many so must be be fluent in the clinical, outreach and customer service realms from lead generation, nurturing, fulfillment, customer service and follow up. The highest “Customer Service Set Point” is required. This position will grow from a part-time, hourly plus incentives to a high-paying salaried position for the right person within a year. Must be fluent in Outreach, Admissions and Networking tasks and strategies

Must have a large industry network and understanding of the clinical and business aspects of the work and industry
Create and implement a marketing plan that is both in line with the Company’s outlook combined with you creative idea.
Create referral sources and relationships that we can build for a reciprocal relationship.
Educate referral sources and the general public about our program
Attend related Conferences, seminars and events and stay current with the behavioral health industry trends
Maintain frequency of contact by exceeding daily & weekly activities quota
Maintain relationships with existing and potential referral sources which includes traveling.
Work directly with admissions and clinical team
Availability to work extended hours as needed, including evening and weekends as necessary

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 3 year experience in outreach/marketing or admissions for behavioral healthcare business, preferably substance abuse treatment
Proven relationship management and prospecting skills
Existing relationships with referral sources within the substance abuse treatment industry a huge plus
College Degree in applicable field
Understanding of mental health and recovery field(s)
High sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, religious and other differences

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,500.00 – $15,000.00 per month
