Position : Package Picker/Packer

Job Description : Monitor and track pickups and deliveries, and notify customers of any deviation from the run schedule
Answer incoming driver and customer calls/emails, and take care of their needs
Call and get updates from drivers/carriers and input accurate information into the dispatch system
Communicate any issues with customers/drivers
Monitor and update all Active Run problems

Requirements:

Hands on expertise with shipping and distribution
Hands on experience in budgeting and coverage
Sensible leadership skills
Essential thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Sensible time-management skills
Nice social and communication skills
Highschool certificate
Age 18+
US ID
Fundamental PC abilities ( Microsoft Office)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour
