Find below the job description of a paid marketing executive at Obbserv. (Get ready to see the other side of search and social platforms)
This is what we expect you to do from 9:30 to 6:30 but trust us, it’s not going to be monotonous.
A thorough understanding of social media platforms. We know you know the ins and outs but we want you to learn about these platforms from an advertising point of view.
Designing of foolproof paid marketing campaign and getting an approval (c’mon! It’s the client’s credit card which is at stake)
Tweaking the plan on the basis of client’s suggestions (if any)
An amazing financial planning consisting of budget allocation for the ads, stating ROI and dividing the financial resources for social media posts, ad copies, etc.
Visualizing the campaign and lend a hand to the design team in the same. (if you know telepathy, most welcome!)
Getting the content ready. (Brace yourself to catch hold of the content writer and graphics designer to get the job done)
Launching the campaign on the social medium and its continuous tracking.
Analysing the campaign with the help of analytics tools and techniques (And you thought math was a worry of past)
Optimization on the basis of your analysis to get better results and reporting the same to the client on a periodical basis.
Maybe, we expect a little more from you! Note it all down.
Sound knowledge of Google Adwords and Facebook ad manager.
You’ve got to be good with Numbers.
We like you if you excel in EXCEL.
Prepare DM strategies with Passion.
We want to see the team spirit in you as well. Boost that skill of yours.
Research is a key to success. Do it in ample amount before planning any campaign.
Understand the target market, target geography, Unique Selling Propositions, and almost everything about the client that is indispensable in making a robust plan.
Think beyond the obvious. Come up with creative solutions that help the clients boost their sales, brand awareness and visibility.
