Position : Parking Management Attendant – $15/HR – Part-Time / Flexible Schedule

Job Description : Secure Parking in Philadelphia is looking to hire a part-time Facility Supervisor/Parking Attendant. This position is located at 3601 Market Street and is available for immediate hire. This is the perfect job for students/individuals who can work mornings/afternoons/nights/weekends. Schedule will average 5 to 20 hours a week. The one requirement is we need the individual to be available Monday morning for a few hours to work a shift.
Job duties include:

General upkeep and cleaning of parking garage
Ensure signage is properly displayed and updating signage in accordance with pricing
Provide customer service to parkers ensuring a quick and seamless experience
Basic repairs to parking equipment
Manage event parking during events
Work with property owners to ensure they are happy with the product we provide

Must be:
– Customer service oriented- Willing and able to work within a team and independently- Willing to perform the aforementioned tasks above, as well as any other tasks provided by management- Ability to lift 50lbs (sign holder, wind frames, etc.)- Ability to be on your feet for most of your shift- Enjoy being in a fluid work environment- Problem solve on the fly- Good attitude towards customers and staff- On-time, diligent, and reliable
Must have:- Clean record
No need for vehicle or drivers license but must be able to utilize public transport and/or bicycle to get downtown and on-site.
**Probationary Period** If the individual meets the criteria and our standard for two months, we will provide a raise of $1.00 per hour after a two month probationary period.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
