Flexible hours for a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk
Knight Office Solutions is a growing technology company located in North Central San Antonio. We are seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our administration team.
The part-time Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for assisting accounts payable personnel.

Part time: flexible 20 hours per week, our office hours are Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities include the following:

Collect, match, and file AP invoices and supporting documentation
Validate and enter purchase order invoices into accounting system
Communicate variances with purchasing and vendors
Support Customer Service by answering roll-over phone calls
