Position : Part-Time Bookkeeper

Job Description : Looking for a part-time bookkeeper. Position will be both in-office and partly remote once up-to-speed on position.
Duties and responsibilities include:
– General Journal Entry
– Balancing of multiple accounts/companies
– Credit Card reconciliation
– Run payroll through ADP
– Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner
– Ensure accounts receivable are collected promptly
– Maintain the chart of accounts
Skills needed:
– Experience with Sage accounting software is a must
– Knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus, but not required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour
Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

Scottsdale, AZ 85260: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

Bookkeepers: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
