At our UPS Store in Carmel Valley (Pacific Highlands Ranch) in San Diego, the team member role is more than just a job, it’s an opportunity. Team members gain experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. It’s a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds, and no experience is necessary. Our UPS Store is a fun-faced paced business environment, where we work hard to serve our customers efficiently and accurately.
Flexible Hours. We will work hard to arrange your work schedule around your activities. However this store location is open 6 days a week and associates will potentially need to be available on Saturdays. The Owner is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the store, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.
Advancement Opportunities – We reward our team members who work hard to make an even greater impact on the business with opportunities to advance and learn leadership and management skills. Most of our leadership started as a team member and are now using what they have learned to lead others. No Experience Is necessary We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know.
Compensation – Hourly wage rate is $16/hr to start. Notary Publics will get an increased wage.
