Job Description : K’s Motorsports is a family owned Yamaha, Polaris, Kawasaki and Suzuki powersports dealership in Humble, Texas. We are committed to always achieving the level of satisfaction that exceeds all customer expectations. We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Parts Manager to lead our Parts department and fulfill that level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of parts management experience, and meet the following requirements:
Multi brand knowledge and/or experienceExceptional personnel management and leadership skillsAbility to effectively communicate to staff on multiple levelsExperience with Ecommerce sales a plusExperience with inventory management software and LightspeedProven ability to forecast, budget and exceed goalsMust provide high level of customer satisfactionKnowledge of best practices: Cycle count, Accessorized showroom units, Parts to Service Dept., Performance metrics, Vendor relations, etc.Experience with supplier relationships (T-R, WPS, P/U, etc).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,160.00 – $74,200.00 per year
