To greet the person approaching them for assistanceTo issue the GP Form to the patient / relative and submit it to the respective department for which the required documents are requested and following up with the respective department for receiving the documents within the given time frame to the patient / relativeIdentify the complaints, investigate and inform to the concern departmentTo take the demographic and other related details from the patient s or their relatives and ask them to fill the registration form and then enter it into the softwareTo guide the incoming patients to the respective doctors OPDTo be aware of the Scope of Services that the hospital offersTo guide the patients with the information of the services that are not covered in our scope of servicesTo be updated about the patient admitted detailsTo be aware about vulnerable patient policyTo help the patient / relative getting admitted or discharged from the hospital to their luggage and cart
• To book the ambulance through the software for the patients • To issue the home food pass
To mention all the documents and filing of the departmentAny other work assigned by the management from time to time
