Position : Patient Care Coordinator
Job Description : 987 Aesthetics and Wellness is looking for an organized, goal oriented and customer focused individual to join our team. Med Spa experience is preferred. Our ideal candidate will be able to perform the following daily expectations;
Fulfill approximately 23-26 hours weekly, from Tuesdays through Saturdays
Maintains a clear understanding of our treatments, products, prices, and packages, and is willing to continuously increase your knowledge base of our treatment procedures
Acknowledge and greet clients and vendors as they enter 987 in a friendly and cheerful manner
Work and communicate closely with team members to support the mission and goals of the facility
Schedule appointments requested in person as well as on the phone and internet
Exude a professional and friendly demeanor daily
Acknowledge and greet clients and vendors as they enter 987 in a friendly and cheerful manner
Maintains a clean and organized work space
Perform basic facility cleaning abilities to include vacuuming reception area and dusting shelves
Perform other duties as needed and assigned by the Medical Director, Owner and manager’
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour

High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
Customer service: 2 years (Required)
Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
