Position : Patient Coordinator/Receptionist
Job Description : Part-Time/Full-Time Patient Coordinator and Aesthetic Sales Consultant for Boutique Medical Spa in Little Italy. Pay rate (DOE) + Commission after 90 days.
Please only apply if you have a proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals and experience working in the aesthetic/spa setting.
We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, goal-oriented Aesthetic Sales/Front Desk Coordinator to join our Spa Family! You will perform routine administrative duties necessary to keep the office running smoothly, as well as drive sales.

Pay range $18-25/hour
Responsibilities
Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
Hold consultations with patients and clients and sign them up for treatments
Text/call existing and new patients in a timely manner, schedule appointments
Be able to describe our services with confidence and clarity, and upsell when necessary.
Meet and exceed provided sales goals for the office consistently
Flip treatment rooms and support medical staff
Take before and after photos and check consents

Qualifications
Previous experience in the sales and aesthetics industry
Strong organizational skills
Superb customer service and sales skills/ NO DIVA ATTITUDES
Ability to thrive in a fast past ever-evolving atmosphere
Proven sales track record in exceeding sales goals
Team player that can also work independently
Driven to make bonuses and help office reach monthly sales goals
All candidates will be placed on a two-week trial run if hired and will be subject to a 90-day probationary period, during this time all new hires will be evaluated for sales and performance.

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
