Job Description : We are hiring for a Healthcare Advocates for our growing company! Great opportunity for growth! Tons of growth! This is fully remote but must be local to the Philadelphia area!

Handle incoming communication from patients to triage for upcoming procedures.
Provide answers to questions regarding next steps in the process.
Assist in website navigation and log in support
Provide patients with updates, connect them with proper, in-network providers
Update account information with each interaction
Comply with HIPPA and other legal regulations
Contact healthcare care providers, insurance companies when needed.
Various other customer service and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Effective and professional communication abilities, strong customer service and organizational skills.
Bachelors preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.95 per hour
