Job Description : Responsibilities of a Payments Executive:
To send invoices to clients and ensure timely payment.
Advise sales representatives on Discount options available
Receive and process Purchase Order forms
Follow up on late payments to reduce receivables
Work alongside Accounting department to resolve payment problems
» Required Skills and Educational Qualifications :
Great Verbal and Written communication skills
Above 80% marks in 10+2 Maths
Basic computer knowledge with MS-Office , Outlook and effective browsing skills
Graduate in BBA or BComm or BA
Schooling from CBSE Board, ICSE Board or any other Convent School
» Experience : 0-3 Years
