Position : Payroll Assistant, APAC

Job Description : Objective of the Role
This role will be assisting our current Payroll Manager and Payroll Specialist-India with the administration of the payroll for 8 countries across APAC.
Job Duties and Accountabilities
Assist with monthly end to end payroll processing
Assist with month end tasks
Assist with end of year reconciliations
Assist during implementation stage
Provide other Finance support as appropriate
Liaise with internal and external parties to assist in Payroll related matters
Liaising with payroll provider
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years previous payroll experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in team environment as well as autonomously
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to multitask
Understanding of payroll legislation and processes
Exceptional communication and customer service focus
Effective time management & organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal English.
Experience managing an outsourced payroll provider (ADP and KPK experience ideal)
