Position : Payroll & Benefits Analyst
Job Description : TTF is recruiting for a Payroll & Benefit Analyst for a well-respected healthcare organization located in Phoenix, AZ. This is a direct-hire, Monday – Friday, remote position with a salary between $57,948 – $66,640.
The Payroll & Benefits Analyst will assist with the responsibilities of the Payroll & Benefits Department. This will include providing detailed compensation and benefit-related data analysis, designing, documenting and implementing procedures to streamline payroll and benefit processes, implementing pre- and post- payroll submission audit processes, collaborating with Human Resources on cross-functional business processes, and acting as lead analyst for all payroll initiatives and audit requests.
