Job Description : We are seeking a Professional Office Manager/Payroll with background in HR that has the following skill sets: knowledgeable in Quick Books; proficiency in bookkeeping and general ledger accounting; processing payroll and preparing the related deposits and reports; banking and cash management for multiple offices; completing spreadsheets; setting up training; human resources and benefits; excellent communication skills including verbal and written-concise grammar and spelling; and an appreciation for the strict confidentiality of client information. Must pass background check and random drug screening. The Company offers a generous compensation and benefits package , including health insurance and must be able to work full time hours all in a comfortable and professional office setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,000.00 – $400,000.00 per year
