Position : Payroll / Human Resources Administrator

Job Description : Payroll / Human Resources Administrator Job duties include:

Process payroll for 400+ employees (Union experience helpful, but not required)
Process employee payroll changes and terminations and maintain files (unemployment benefits)
Maintain and setup employee deductions (benefits, child support, etc.)
New employee orientation and explanation of benefits
Process union benefit reports for payment
Reconcile and process medical and supplemental benefits reports for payment
Assist with payroll bank account reconciliation
Assist in account receivable month end close
Qualifications and Requirements:

Prefer previous UNION payroll processing experience but company willing to train on UNION payroll. Client is requiring the ideal candidate to have processed payroll for 60 employees or more in previous positions!!
Preferred industry experience but not required: HVAC, general contracting, constructions etc.
Medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, two weeks vacation, sick days, STD, LTD, Life Insurance and position is eligible for discretionary bonus.
Hours preferred: 7-4, but can work 7:30 to 4:30 or 8-5, hybrid schedule NOT available, working in office
