Position : Payroll – People Team

Job Description : Manage end to end HR operations activities for international regions.
End to end processing and vendor management for Payroll.
Processing Full & Final Settlement for Ex-employees within TAT
Timely updating HR system in regards to salary changes/bonus etc and issuing related letters.
Performing all compliance tasks related to payroll for UK, US and other international regions
Manage Financial audits for PO perspective end to end.
Responsible for bank-account opening & payroll inductions for new joiners and day to day employee query solving related to payroll.
Responsible for delivery for all ad-hoc requests by PO leaders.
Delivering various MIS reports on regular basis like compliance reports, weekly reports, payroll related reports.
Desired Skills
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
4-5 Years of work experience in HR Operations domain with mandatory experience in handing international teams and international payroll.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Resourceful, Flexible, and problem-solving attitude with thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems
