Provides technical support for computers and associated networks. Installs, troubleshoots, services, and repairs personal computers, network equipment such as servers, switches, related PC software, test software, cables, and connectors. Provides support in backing up stations and identifying risks and reporting to the computer analyst lead in timely manner to mitigate risks. Must be able to troubleshoot when an instrument is not communicating within a test station.
Provides personal computer, hardware, and software support. Installs, services, and repairs special test equipment computers and installs software as necessary. Connects special test computers computers to domain and terminals to existing test software networks in production. Maintains awareness of the MFG network for possible risk mitigation that could lead to production downtime. Maintains trouble logs. Instructs users in the use of personal special test computers and networks connected to the test station and general manufacturing testation. Investigates information, network, and communications needs of users, and makes recommendations regarding software and hardware issue. Performs basic test station troubleshooting.
Production Experience is a plus.
Keysight and NI Instrumentation knowledge a plus (NiMAX, etc).
Supporting Special Programs a plus. Supporting Projects and stakeholders to production (DMS, PNR, Spectrum site) is also expected.
Basic Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
2 years Network Support
Must be able to obtain security clearance after start date

Salary Range: $45,900 USD – $76,500 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
