About the Role:

The People Ops Coordinator will enable Entera to continue to scale as the company achieves its growth objectives by offering strategic support across the HR function. The ideal candidate can support a variety of core HR programs by performing HR systems analysis and reporting, administrative tasks, training support and by providing communication to HR partners and client leaders. In partnership with the People Strategies Leadership team members, the ideal candidate will be a part of building this strategic, yet strongly execution focused set of capabilities while ensuring the effective coordination of day-to-day people operations activities across the entire People Strategies continuum.

On the Entera People Team, we’re building as we go…so what you do one week…may be different the next as we modernize the real-estate buying process. BUT there are some core focus areas that this role will spend time maturing and evolving.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

People Operations & Administration

Compiles and generates reports using HR data, may conduct basic analysis and/or research, and communicates with the People Strategies leadership team and leaders as appropriate.
Administers benefits plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions
Partners with and supports the People Strategies Leadership org in HR Program delivery including but not limited to leadership development, large-scale change, performance management, employee engagement and talent management, including preparing training materials, training room setup, training attendance maintenance and communication.
Performs administrative duties for HR leadership including but not limited to the preparation of reports, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and agendas, making travel arrangements as necessary.

Onboarding & Compliance

Supporting the administrative part of the new hire process (screening, contracts, updating of HR systems) in addition to ensuring error-free data entry into the Human Resource Information System such as new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, position changes, etc.
Establishes, maintains, monitors, and reports key metrics to ensure the effectiveness of the staffing process.
Ensures federal compliance by reviewing work authorization documents presented by new hires. Completing form I-9 for all new hires. Follow up will be required to ensure each I-9 is completed and in compliance.
Ensure appropriate release forms are completed, initiate and monitor background checks via third party vendor. Review and analyze completed reports, following escalation process for alerts, education verifications, and adverse actions process.

What you bring to the table:

2-5 years of experience working in a growing technology company known as a great place to work, is highly desirable.
3+ years of experience as an HR analyst or Coordinator.
Strong communication, prioritization, and organization skills.
Proficient analytical skills – analyze multiple sources of sometimes incomplete data and enable decisions.
Strong strategic, problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Team player who responds to challenge with a sense of urgency and is anchored in an amazing customer service ethic.
