Roles and Responsibilities:
Preparing and generation of monthly PF and ESIC challans.Generation of UAN No. and ESIC No.Registration of eligible employees under EPS/ABRY scheme.Issuing the ESIC E-Pehchan cards.Keeping KYC & E-nominations updated of each employee.Timely exit of all the eligible employees from PF, ESIC & others.Maintaining all the data in HRMS related to PF, ESIC & others.Ensuring payments of Statutory dues.Grievance handling in respect of PF, UAN activation & ESIC.Liaison with PF Office, ESIC Office and all other related government offices.Interpretation of ESIC, PF & Labour Law Notices and advice the managementAttending PF death claims.Maintaining regular connect with People Operations and Payroll teams to ensure
smooth information flow for statutory submissions.
Dashboard to be published reflecting Statutory activities.
Job Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Statutory complianceGood Knowledge of PF and ESI portalAvailable on Saturday & Sunday when needed.Good organizational and time-management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCritical-thinker and problem-solverPrevious working experience for 5-7 yearsExcellent MS-Excel skills.
