Description
Respond to manager/employee general HR inquiries including troubleshooting and problem solving – Own end to end HR processes assigned like
onboarding, separation, leave tracking, letter generation, payroll audit, data updating, record maintenance etc.Support HRBP team as and when requiredDocumentation of processes, FAQ’s for Shared service, Sharepoint maintenance, chatter groupSubject Matter Expert on Shared services practices, ability to train and quality checkAdministrative support as and when requiredSupport global HR program initiatives with ability to coordinate eventsAd hoc requests
Qualifications
An outgoing, confident and highly motivated individual with a great deal of enthusiasm, possessing the following personal qualities and skills:
Ready to work in shifts2 – 4 years of experience working in a fast-paced HR department – Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferredAbility to exercise effective judgment, work with sensitive and confidential informationFlexible; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; able to work under pressure with competing demands and stakeholders; prioritize; accordingly, attention to detailCollaborative: Works as a member of a strong team that shares responsibilities and coverageStrong customer focus – Strong organization and project management skills, ability to meet deadlinesStrong in Excel & proficient in PowerPoint & Outlook, comfortable with financial/operations data, reportingExcellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders inside andoutside of the organizationApproaches the challenges of the work with creativity and imagination
