Job Summary
As part of the Newborns $ Neighbors Pilot Study, trained perinatal peer support workers will provide virtual 1:1 evidence-based emotional and practical postpartum support to new moms during the first 6 weeks postpartum.
Essential Functions

Support mothers’ infant feeding goals
Uphold the lived experience of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
Respond to moms’ needs
Complete a virtual synchronous and asynchronous training
Administer the Healthy Minds Philly behavior health screener

Physical Demands

Typically sitting at a desk/table
Typically standing, walking
Lifting demands up to 25lbs
